There are so many things going on here, so let's start from the top...
1: 'Nothing works.' I know it's clichй, but seriously, where would we be right
now if Thomas Edison had declared 'nothing works' after just trying three or
four different ways to make the light bulb?
After thousands of 'failures' he kept at it, with the attitude that NLP describes
as 'there is no failure - only feedback.'
When I was new to this, and couldn't pull it off, I'd sit down with
my hypnotic subjects (or volunteers, or whatever) and talk to them,
and ask them quite openly what I'd need to do in order to make
it work for them.
You'll be amazed by what you hear from this!
2: "I am confident."
To be honest, I didn't read much confidence in your question.
Confidence is an attitude, not just a feeling.
The confident hypnotist knows he or she will be successful, because the 'concept'
of failure does not exist.
A confident hypnotist wouldn't say 'nothing works' -you'd say 'I am learning,
and getting closer to my goals.'
It may help to focus on your real objective here.
Why is it that you really want to learn this stuff? What do you really
want to gain by hypnotizing others?
Think deeply on this, and you may be surprised at what comes up!
3. Let's look at the actual technique for a second.
A successful hypnotic induction needs a to have three things...
1: Expectation must be build before hand. Your subject must
KNOW that they are going to go into hypnosis.
Deal with their misconceptions, and prime them and get them ready
for what's about to happen.
2: The actual shock induction. Done right, this should be just
the release of the expectation, and almost fail safe. Make sure
you go there first, and project the relaxation and comfort you
want them to feel.
3: After the induction.
This is the most crucial stage.
Whether they drop way down in a heap or sit up
and laugh at you, you need to keep going.
Utilization is your friend here.
You said before 'It doesn't work' - my
question to you is, "how do you know?"
Utilize every response and reaction they give you,
and you'll be able to turn anything around, and
convert even the most obvious 'failure'
into a resounding success.
I remember my first ever instant induction...
In front a group of skeptical friends I attempted the
arm drop / '8 word' induction.
After proudly declaring 'sleep!' my subject
simply looked up and laughed!
I thought on my feet, and said 'That's
right, now just keep laughing...
and the more you laugh, the harder
it is to stop...
that's right! Now close your eyes, and notice
that because you keep laughing louder
and louder now, your eyes are glued shut,
and because your eyes are glued shut, you
just keep laughing harder and harder...'
Problem solved! No one but me knew
that anything had even seemed to go
wrong for a second!
This is the magic of utilization, and is the master hypnotists
best friend.
Finally, is an instant induction really the right thing to do
here?
The inductions you listed are fairly advanced, and although
if you follow the advice in this email they should become
pretty easy, there is an even easier way to hypnotize people.
Use waking hypnosis, or 'Hypnosis Without Trance.'
Do things like the magnetic hands or the hand stick to warm
them up, and really ramp up their expectations.
Make it conversational.
You may not even want to call it 'hypnosis' - describe
it as an 'imagination game' or a 'suggestion experiment'
or whatever you think will best appeal to the people
you are working with.
Then just carry on as usual!
Be confident, and use hypnotic language as a tool, but
not as the body.
This means that whilst hypnotic language patterns help
what you do, they are just the seasoning.
Serve up just salt and pepper with no meat, and
you won't satisfy many guests!
Likewise, raw hypnotic language patterns with no
confidence and, in particular, a lack of hypnotic
intent, won't help you much at all!
Use this to make your waking hypnosis almost failsafe,
and wow them with suggestion phenomenon when they
are still wide awake.
Then, if you still want to do an instant induction, it will
be the easiest thing in the world!

Principles of Rapid Inductions
Rapid inductions are one of the most popular subjects in
hypnosis. People are fascinated by the idea that you can
hypnotize someone and reach deep levels of trance in instant.
There are a number of factors that go into a successful rapid or
instant induction. I've broken them down for you below.
Permission/Commitment
Rapid inductions will work with a much higher percentage of
people if you get their permission and commitment first. There's
an easy way to get this permission and commitment; you simply ask
for it! Here are some examples of how to ask for permission and
get that commitment: "Are you willing to be hypnotized?" "Will
you instantaneously follow my instructions?" If you get anything
less than a fully congruent "yes," question them further to make
sure they are truly willing. If they are not, move on to someone
else.
The Pre-Induction Talk
One thing that can interfere with instant inductions is fear. If
the client doesn't want to go into trance because they're afraid,
they will resist you every step of the way. This is why most
stage hypnotists spend a few minutes explaining hypnosis to their
audience before they get into their act. If you're working with
someone who has not yet experienced formal hypnosis, do a full
pre-induction talk. If you are working with someone who has
experienced hypnosis and is willing to experience it again, just
go over the main points briefly.
Expectation
The more a person expects instantaneous hypnosis to happen, the
more likely it will be to happen. Part of building a sense of
expectation is explaining clearly what is going to happen. "I'm
going to shake your hand three times. When I shake your hand for
the third time, close your eyes, let your head fall forward, and
go into a deep, deep state of powerful relaxation." By clearly
explaining what the client is to do, you help to create images in
the mind's eye of the subject. These images help build the
expectation of the subject.
If at all possible, give the subject a demonstration of what is
going to happen. If you're working as a hypnotherapist in an
office and plan to use rapid inductions as part of your clinical
practice, make a videotape of yourself hypnotizing several people
with rapid methods. Set it up as a tape loop in your waiting room
(if you have one) and let them watch it as they come in the door.
If you're working with a group of subjects, do some
suggestibility tests to pick out the fastest responding subjects,
and do rapid inductions with those highly responsive subjects
first. By working with a highly responsive subjects first, you'll
build the expectations of others.
The more confident you are with the techniques of rapid
inductions, the better they will work. If the subject has the
sense that you know what you're doing, it will go a long way
toward your inductions being successful.
Ritual
There is always some ritual involved in instant or rapid
inductions (or any induction for that matter). In general terms,
the ritual is a very simple linkage. "When x happens you go
instantaneously into a deep trance." You link some event, to the
subject going instantaneously into a trance. It doesn't really
matter what the event is (with the exception of the
disorientation component below).
Here's an example: "I'm going to shake your hand three times. The
first time I shake your hand concentrate on your eyes getting get
droopy, drowsy, and heavy. They will want to close, but don't
close them yet. The second time I shake your hand concentrate on
your eyes getting heavier and drowsier and droopier - it will be
as if you're up way too late at night. They will blink slowly and
want to stay closed, but don't let them stay closed yet. The
third time I shake your hand, your eyes will close down and
they'll be so heavy you'll just allow them to stay closed. As
they close down, I'll say the word 'sleep' and you'll go into a
deep, wonderful state of relaxation."
As you shake their hand, repeat the instructions.
First handshake: "Droopy, drowsy and heavy - don't let them close
yet."
Second handshake: "Heavier, and drowsier, and droopier - as if
you've been up way too late at night. (Subject blinks slowly)
That's right; don't let them stay closed yet."
Third handshake: "Your eyes can feel so heavy that you'll just
allow them to stay closed," (subject closes eyes).
At this point, pull the hand downward and forward and say "sleep"
firmly (in your best "ordering" tone of voice). Immediately give
further instructions. "Let your head fall forward on your chest,
relax deeply, really let go."
In this example we've used shaking the hand three times as the
ritual for going into trance. We've linked hand shaking with
trance by merely asking the subject to accept the idea. We, of
course, reinforce the idea with repetition.
The ritual doesn't have to be a handshake. It can be anything. It
could be drinking a glass of water, taking deep breaths, or
anything your creative mind can come up with. Whatever it is, you
simply link the action or event to going into trance
instantaneously.
Disorientation
Human beings have a powerful ability to react quickly. When
something unexpectedly comes toward your face, you don't have to
think about blinking, it just happens. The conscious mind is too
slow to react quickly enough to emergency events. The unconscious
mind has powerful survival and protective programs built in.
These programs kick in whenever the unconscious mind thinks they
need to. One of the side effects of the unconscious programming
kicking in is that the conscious mind gets set aside, usually for
just a brief instant.
For this instant, the unconscious mind is particularly receptive
to suggestion.
One of the fastest ways to get these unconscious programs to kick
in and the conscious mind to take a hike is to put a person
slightly off balance for a moment. The instant we lose our
orientation our unconscious mind takes over. This can be true
mentally as well is physically. If we disorient someone mentally
and then offer suggestions that lead toward trance it is called a
"confusion induction." The physical version is much faster.
Most of the instantaneous inductions involve some slight physical
disorientation. Usually that is achieved by a slight tug on the
arm or on the back of the neck.
Caution: do not use these techniques on anyone who has had any
kind of back, neck or musculoskeletal problem. Furthermore, I am
not talking about some huge jerk of the arm or neck. We're
talking about just enough of a tug to get the person off-balance.
Use your judgment! If you have any doubt as to whether you might
harm someone, use another method.
In the second or so that the person is disoriented, you need to
instruct them. "Sleep" is a word that usually gets the idea
across.
Keeping It Going
You'll want to continue delivering suggestions, rapid-fire, in
order to keep the process going. Left to themselves, people will
usually reorient within a few seconds. In order to prevent that,
immediately give instructions about relaxing and going deeper
etc. "Sleep. Relaxing fully and completely. Let your muscles grow
loose and limp. Really let go." After three or four seconds of
rapid-fire suggestions you can slow down.
Turning Suggestibility Tests Into Instant Inductions
If you are familiar with suggestibility tests you can use them to
create rapid inductions. I'll give you one example and I'm sure
you can figure it out from there.
There's a suggestibility test called a "hand clasp." It involves
having someone put their hands together palm to palm and
interlacing their fingers (as if praying). Once their hands are
in this position have them press them tightly together. Then have
them concentrate on the idea that their hands are locked
together. You can make suggestions that their hands are as if
they are "one solid block of wood" or any other idea that gets
the idea across that their hands are stuck together.
Here is what you add to this suggestibility test to turn it into
a rapid induction!
Have the subject sit down. Face them at an angle (either standing
or sitting), close enough so that you can reach their head and
arms.
Get a commitment from the subject to follow your instructions
instantaneously.
Explain that you are going to say the word "sleep" and when you
do, it is a signal for them to immediately relax completely.
Have them outstretch their arms and lock their fingers together.
Have them press their hands together tightly. Reach over, grab
their hands in yours, and squeeze their hands together.
Suggest that soon their hands will be so tightly squeezed
together that it will seem as if they are stuck tight and the
harder they try to pull them apart the more stuck they will
become. Repeat and emphasize as needed.
Ask them to try and pull them apart and find that they are
tightly stuck together.
After a couple of seconds tell them to stop trying.
Reach your hand (the one that's closest to their eyes) toward
their eyes, palm toward the face and slowly move toward their
eyes. Say, "Close your eyes and..."
When they close their eyes, reach the hand around to the back of
their neck near the base of the skull but don't touch them yet.
Place your other hand into a position where you can push downward
on the outstretched hands. Simultaneously do three things: Say
"Sleep," push downward on their hands and pull forward on their
neck (gently please). Immediately give a few seconds of
suggestion about relaxing, and going deeper.
Conclusion:
If you follow a common definition of hypnosis (bypass of the
critical factor and establishment of selective thinking) you can
begin to understand how these rapid inductions work. First we
begin the process of selective thinking by getting the subject to
think about going into trance. Then we bypass the critical factor
by sticking the hands together. Then, by throwing the person off
balance slightly, we get the critical factor out of the way
completely for a moment and strengthen the selective thinking by
immediately adding suggestions for the mind to focus on.

One of them, nicknamed Junior, had seen me hypnotize two of his friends several months ago, and wanted to be hypnotized by me. Junior's friend, Galo, had not seen me hypnotize anyone; but he eagerly told me that he had been hypnotized 2 years ago during his school's Project Graduation hypnosis show and suggested that I hypnotize Junior. (Project graduation is a safe party held at many high schools on the night of graduation to minimize the graduates' overindulgence while celebrating). Because the barbershop was crowded, we walked up the block to a park where I hypnotized both Junior and Galo as they took turns filming. Thanks again, guys! What you see in this video is Galo being hypnotized for the first time in 2 years by rapid induction. Here's a brief analysis of the text of the induction (this should not be considered a script—see my comments following the analysis): --I want to thank you very much for--for doing the thing. (This is a confusion phrase referring to the following: 1. Galo had just done camera work for me--filming his friend Junior being hypnotized a few moments earlier. —Was I thanking him for that? 2. Galo had come to the park with Junior and me. --Was I thanking him for that? 3. Galo had suggested that his friend be hypnotized. --Was I thanking him for that? So, this thank you phrase was ambiguous enough to throw him into a brief thought loop.) --I want you to just remember what it felt like to be in that state. Did you see how relaxed he was? (It had been 2 years since Galo had been hypnotized. I knew he had been hypnotized 2 years ago during a Project Graduation hypnosis show and he had just watched me hypnotize his friend. So, I knew his expectation and understanding were clearly established. These two phrases were meant to remind him of his experiences.) --You're going to feel yourself falling toward me and you're going to go to sleep. Completely and fully, you're going down; and feel your whole body just melting. (This is classic/traditional suggestion formation: stating a direct suggestion and compounding it as it happens). --And I've got you. (Ambiguous phrasing: Do I mean, "Ha-HA! I've got you under my hypnosis spell!" Or do I mean, "I've got you safely in my arms, so it's okay to relax." ...Or do I mean both?) --You feel yourself just relaxing so much. You're going deeper and deeper. So deeply asleep. All that matters is the relaxation that you're feeling now. Going so deeply, deeply, deeply asleep. Nothing else matters except how relaxing you feel, and so deeply asleep. (This is overloading language, used to compound the various messages in the previous ambiguous/confusion phrases that he didn't have time to consciously resolve.) This was all done impromptu (no preparation). This is not a memorized script (and I urge you to resist the temptation to memorize it, else you'll be doing yourself a disservice). The more thoroughly you understand the various methods of induction, the faster and more easily you can string powerful imbedded suggestions together, at the drop of a hat, to reach a consistent end result--a successful hypnotic induction.

Еще один вопрос а как человека вытащить из состояния гипноза?

Насмотревшись на видео "быстрого гипноза" редко кто не задумается:- "а ведь и я так смогу". Вот почему этот форум стал основной "базой" самоподготовки доморощенных гипнотизеров. Уже недалек день, когда "уличных гипнотизеров" будет больше, чем желающих загипнотизироваться. Главное-не опоздать и создать свой видеоролик. Застолбить, так сказать территорию "уличного гипноза" уже в России.
Польза от таких роликов конечно есть,в первую очередь увидев такой ролик люди забывают,что боятся гипноза,ну и у людей появляется хобби,цель развиваться,а то,что далеко не у все получится это может и к лучшему.
После запрета "эстрадного гипноза" в середине 90-х годов прошлого века, бывшие "эстрадники" исчезли, один за другим. Кто-то состарился. Кто-то оставил гипноз. Кто-то сменил "вывеску" и приспособил гипноз к "эзотерическо-магической" практике. Гипноз был в забвении и опале. Даже психотерапевты перестали высовываться с гипнозом, чтобы не распугать пациентов. Официально, гипноз можно проводить "только врачам, имеющим сертификат "гипнолога". И, только в мед.учреждениях. И, только с лечебной целью. Но, как ни стараются удержать гипноз в рамках "закона", этот феномен все же вырвался на "оперативный простор". Теперь уже улиц России. И все же, осторожность, где и кому "делать гипноз" не помешает. Чтобы и дальше совершенствовать свои навыки.
